I have no dog in this fight, as I don't know either party. But, I remember Shyster Jon, posting a good solution for stalkers some time ago. The lady needs to hire an attorney. Who in turn, can have an investigator track down the guys real world information. At that point the attorney takes over. Usually,when presented with legal action, the stalker goes away. Especially, as in Texas stalking is a Felony.

Actually narcissism is not an insult it's more of a state or condition. It's prevalent in certain professions like providers. Tara and V fit every description of it.
