First you come on this thread saying that audio recordings are not legal in a private setting such as the hobby.

Once that was proven wrong...you bring up this Strawman about getting arrested. Ladies and gents...let me give you the best advice on how not to get arrested for prostitution. ..DO NOT ENGAGE IN IT.

Short of that...the advice i have given is sound...not fool proof but sound.

LexusLover has denigrated the provider who recorded the Vice officer and was able to get her charges dropped. Why would he do that? Why is he discouraging providers from doing something that may protect them from prosecution. Makes no sense to me.

To answer your question...I do not know. I do not know if she has been flipped by Vice and I am about to be arrested for prostitution. That is why i never discuss a service for fee. The really smart ladies like to start kissing and playing before those things are mentioned.

Lately, you been saying providers and hobbyist need to make incriminating tapes, based off of one provider who happened to get lucky. that's like saying "Drink all you want and drive" don't worry if you get into a major accident, that kid got off because he wasn't raised the correct way." i willing to bet that audio recordings in this kind of situation have played out much more negatively then this one positive moment.

So if a provider gave me an audio tape of her and a gent and asked me the best way to say blackmail the gent and she did not have any other of his personal information. .. I would tell her she is SOL. Not a fucking thing she can do with that but wack off to it.

Now is the same lady brought his handle and phone number to say infoshare. .. those ladies would be able to dig up his Facebook, business comings through cross reference the shit out of his available information. Then you could possible run into a shit storm unless you are single and own your own business where you do not care if your competitors know you are fucking the shit out of everything that moves.

Had papi actually recorded getting permission and it been verified. ..it would have worked out better for him than it did.

She could claim i was there, but that could be a flat out lie.

And AUDIO recording puts the gent at the location and time the girl claims.
