Mexico is now saying that he will not be extradited to the US until the US can prove in their courts that he did indeed violate his probation.
Apparently the Mother has hired a high dollar Mexican Attorney to plead their case.
Who the hell are these people, the Couches. You would think they would be a pariah in their community. But maybe not. These people tend to close ranks and protect their own, so to speak.
Maybe the Judge who handled this case and fell for that ridiculous "affluenza" defense should be investigated. He might have had a big fat " contribution" come his way from these "affluent" people.

The area is not what it used to be because of all the tourists and Canadians, including the "cruisers" running around in flip-flops until their ride departs ...
.... but it's not bad and can be reasonable to live there if one lives "in the community" and the "local economy" and stay away from the tourist traps.
He'll probably be released into the "care" of his mom, and they'll have to lay low for a few months while their case down there creeps through the system ... the more the grease the slower the wheels turn. ...... unless Tarrant County is willing to out bid the family to get things moving along.
