Looking back, things started going downhill pretty fast with the last staff shakeup.

I speak from experience, not as a newb. I've been sucked into the whirlpool myself and as such I've seen the problems. It's one thing to fuck with someone over their own stupidity and even help it along. It's another thing totally to compromise the board integrity (yes it has a certain level of integrity or it wouldn't be the go to for hobbying in this area) by actively baiting and going after certain members with information that maybe wouldn't otherwise be shared with the entire board.

The fact that you and a few others are still in the position you are in is proof enough that ownership doesn't give a flying shit what the population gets out of this board. They give a shit about hits right now, not longevity.

As I read those I posted, it's pretty straight forward English and specific enough for them to be enforced without the garbledegook you say is required.
