Wouldn't be to many ladies but enough.
What does it need to provide to make it great?
Any obstacles you all can see?

Clean rooms, sheets, tables
No smoking indoors
No pressured upsell, fixed price and menu (#1, #2)
Privacy, Privacy and Privacy (#3)
At least introductory training for the girls on massage, so they can give a decent one
Biggest obstacles would probably depend on which county you were in, definitely don't want to be in Rankin because of LEO.

I want to open my own studio and want to
Hear what the eccie community would find
Desirable in such an establishment.
I know little about the business but like the idea, I already have people
That I can move to the management so opening is not hard for me. I do not
Know the market enough to feel great about success and am looking for
