				Dinner Dates

I'm planning my first dinner date. I understand YMMV, but does the 4 hours booked include the time waiting on the waiter? I know there isn't a SOP, but is it typically appetizer, dinner, desert?

The time includes appetizer and dinner but dont order desert in the joint. That shits expensive.

Desert comes later back at the hotel.

I should have worded it differently. Appetizer and desert would be in the room.

Typically the 4hr clock starts when she arrives and stops when she leaves. So, if she comes to you for appetizer and you two then go to dinner and return to the room for dessert you are on the clock the entire time, including waiting on the waiter, eating your meal, waiting for the check and the time to get back to the room.

There is the "technical" answer: the four hours is from her arrival to her departure. However.....I have found there is a "in practice" answer that is often somewhat different.

Typically I arrange a dinner date starting at 7:00 PM, then we are talking about ending at 11:00, and most ladies don't often plan a subsequent date starting around midnight (but it may of course).

I usually arrange such dates with a lady I have already seen and I know we have some chemistry and some communication match with--and more importantly some mutual trust.

We talk in advance about what kind of dining it will be--and usually it is "nice" to "fine dining" range. She dresses accordingly, and has an idea about how long dinner will take.

After all that, I find that somewhere around the ride from the restaurant back to the hotel, the meter turns off and she makes sure we leisurely enjoy each other before she eventually leaves. I have found that if you select a classy, professional lady for the dinner date and treat them with the respect a date deserves, make her feel special, then she behaves in a classy, responsible manner afterwards.

We get it--dinner dates are not for you. But for those of us who see things differently, "Yes, seriously". Why do the 30 min "drop your pants and get to work" guys have such a hard time understanding that some of us have more expensive tastes?

I Love dinner dates, and they don't necessarily mean that you have to go to a restaurant or actually even have dinner. I've had many types of dinner date I like them. My favorite was when somebody brought dinner to me in a hotel and then a bunch of dessert stuff ice cream sprinkles whipped cream and we had dessert in bed LOL I offered three-and-a-half-hour dinner dates 500 most times but of course all girls are different with their hours and their donations and their concept of dinner dates LOL

I love a nice dinner with a lovely treat after. Dinner dates honestly are my favorite next to overnights, I prefer quality over quantity as I'm sure most ladies do. I feel as though it gives me more time to get to know the gentlemen I spend quality time with, also I'm not ever really a clock watcher so it's usually really relaxing.
Good luck I hope your date was wonderful.

I wondered about this too. I've completely abandoned the notion of shorter dates (I'm really sorry to a few of you providers who I scheduled 30 minutes with - sheesh).

I've never spent less than half what ever time I scheduled talking. I'm just not a drop the pants and get at it kind of guy. I just scheduled a two hour date and would have liked to have scheduled a dinner and drinks in there too but a four to six hour date is completely different deal than two.

I can see how you could make special plans with a provider you've met and built a relationship with and really understand why these "half-and-half" kind of dates aren't a regular thing on menus. I'm pretty sure there'd be a lot of guys showing up for a four hour dinner date with a bag of taco bell and hopes that he'd have three hours and 45 minutes left to do as he pleased.

I'd be interested though in a longer date that definitely included dinner. OR how about the symphony - I just bought a single ticket for next weekend, no date. This has been on my mind too.

Johnny remember providing a meal is not mandatory to see these ladies. That is something that is agreed to prior to the meet. If your budget does not allow it just don't do it.
