If the driver doesn't pull away after she gets out I tell her to get back in the car and please have a nice day. Especially if I'm at home.

I've gotten a second knock on the door, by you know who, where I have my pea shooter plainly displayed in my waistline. If he says anything at all I ask him very plainly, "do you really want to fuck with me? Don't be fooled by the glasses, I never, EVER miss!" He got the clue and left!

That was a LONG time ago! I done moved since then, don't have a ground floor apartment with a balcony!
