Your argument is based upon a false premise. Namely that she did not in fact admit to it and that he is, therefore, a liar in suggesting that she did.
She said she was hispanic/white. She also said she was caucasian.

You have focused almost solely on her assertion that she is Caucasian and then follow it up with numerous rather condescending (to those of us with educations) explanations of what it means to be caucasoid. The definitions of caucasoid/mongoloid/negroid are so broad as to be essentially useless in today's world which is why even anthropologists and sociologists no longer use those distinctions.
What you fail to hit upon in any meaningful way is the difference between race and ethnicity. That's very convenient for you because it reinforces your argument but
the field in question on the showcase refers to ethnicity.
She admitted she was hispanic which is an ethnicity...and caucasian which is a race. She's correct of course. But so is he in suggesting that she admitted to being of partially hispanic ethnicity.
Ergo, what WU said was actually factually correct. She admitted she was not entirely white but instead has hispanic ethnicity. What else would she possibly mean when saying she was hispanic/white? Technically that makes her of mixed ethnicity which was WU's assertion all along.
According to Pew Research something like 48% of multiracial hispanics self identify as racially white but that does not mean they are not ethnically hispanic. Indeed the 2010 US census did not identify hispanic as a race but instead asked as a separate question "are you of hispanic or non-hispanic origin". It is the only ethnicity question on the census currently. Many hispanics did not even fill out the racial question because they did not know what to put.
