Hillary is not guilty of violating rules USC 1924 and USC 793. Here is the proof from the Washington Post. A first year law school student could have figured this out LL. you need to do your homework fool. it does not matter if it was classified or not at the time.

the content alone determines it's classification. as Secretary of State, Clinton was briefed on this fact. and signed a document acknowledging it.
