My New Reparations Plan

My new plan for reparations for slavery is this:

1. One hundred thousand dollars for every black person in the US descended from slaves.

2. One hundred thousand dollars for everyone who descended from the soldiers who died in the Civil War to stop slavery.

3. No descendants of the planter class may receive payment.

4. Affirmative action, diversity programs, quotas, welfare, AFDC and similar programs all are off limits to whoever took the money.

5. Federal reserve serialized notes printed by the US Mint, in the amount of $100,000 each will be given to the recipients, who must sign for them and give a DNA sample and full identification and be photographed, and then deposit them in US owned banks.

6. Funds must be spent in the United States, on US manufactured goods.

No.1 would encourage a rash of pregnancies; No. 5 as to DNA, ID, and photo would be challenged like voter IDs; and No.6 just creates another incompetent and corrupt agency to oversea another welfare program.

As to No. 6, if it is violated what is the "penalty"?

$2 million is ridiculous, unless real value deductions are taken for past assistance and grants with payments being made over a structured settlement period, then it's too much.

I'd be willing to bet that more black people would like my point of view on this than you, jackass.

You need to look at the details more carefully. You cannot spend that 100,000 note - you must take it to the bank. Plus, that is pretty stereotypical thinking of yours, assuming blacks will kill each other over the money. You are the fucking racist, not me.
