Also if your ads/showcase are a wall of text...people just wont read it. Short and sweet. Less is more. Include the most important info in the first few lines of text.(I didnt look at your showcase or ads, just marketing talk, its part of my 'day' job. haha)

I agree it does come with the territory.
I do the same, always a polite & professional response. But that does not mean its not annoying.
Think I just needed to rant a bit.
