You're a blind, mindless hack. Many career prosecutors said they would have recommended charges. Gross negligence is enough to prosecute. Comey didn't even drill down on intent when they interviewed her. Do you think for one second Obama would let his DOJ prosecute Clinton, especially after he endorsed her? She's shit all over Obama. He deserves it.

Brain damaged.
According to the FBI notes, she said "I don't remember" or "I don't recall" 35+ times during her interview. She blamed her concussion and subsequent blood clot. She can't have it both ways... Claiming brain damage yet saying she's healthy enough to be President!
Shrillery is either severely brain damaged or she's lying. Either way she's unfit for office.

You are a hair splitting baby. Comey said what he said. Why dont you go to work at the FBI and show them how its done then. He went into great detail as to why they were not charging her and said if she was still employed as the Secretary he felt she would have been reprimanded. Its over and your team looks foolish for going on and on over it.
