It doesn't really matter who started the "Birther Movement" Obama was said to be born in Hawaii. According to the link below Hawaii became a State in 1959 but and there is always a "But". Technically Hawaii has never been a state legally. So therefore for all practical purposes Obama was not born in the United States legally. Obama is a foreigner, always has and always will be. Obama's presidency is illegal. Nothing he has done can or should be upheld by the next president.

Did you read the second part of the link? Birth abroad to one citizen and one Alien parent in wedlock. Said had to be in the USA or one of it's possessions.

Doesn't really matter. Obama wasn't born in the natural borders of the United States. Therefore he isn't a natural born citizen.
