I would certainly hope that a hooker is bright enough to not plan on getting an incall for one 15-20 minute BJ. Of course it is an incall she would use for multiple appts. or the price is often for a car BJ. Also, many girls are not renting a hotel incall for a day, but rent theirs for the month or use their place etc. so it is a fixed cost and the BJ cost is just profit at that point.
