Re: Fidel Castro, the day he liberated Cuba from Bautista was a very joyous celebration and he is respected by many Latinos for having the huevos to kick American and European owned big businesses out of Cuba who had been and continue to take advantage of Latin people by providing no benefits like health insurance and 401k and paying them significantly less than they would pay workers in their own country who then take all their profits out of Latin America and invest nothing back into the people and communities providing that huge profit by their hard work and strong work ethic. He is called by many El hombre de los Hombres or a Man among Men... If you cared to research the whole Cuban Revolution you might realize that it wouldn't have stopped in Cuba and that was unacceptable to "Daddy Yankee" thus the assassination of Che, who was Brazilian and not Cuban, and the many attempts to do the same to Castro though unsuccessful.

Thank you Chung Tran for your thoughtful and respectful response directed toward someone with little knowledge and obvious little respect for history. Maybe when he can overthrow a dictator or mount his own successful presidential campaign he can have room to cut jokes.

For the historic record: Che was from Argentina, not Brazil. He was captured in Bolivia by the Bolivian Army Rangers in combat. He was leading a Communist Guerrilla insurgent force (approx. platoon size in numbers) at the time. He was later executed by his captors in order to avoid the circus that a trial would have become.
