It no longer takes months to show up unless you're doing the very old school testing. Most modern tests can show after 3 weeks now. The ability to detect has advanced significantly.

Still not a chance I'm willing to take, but to each their own.

That may be true. But how would she know that he is a straight, non-drug using person? Also, those studies are usually done outside the hobby. When it comes to sex workers and men who frequent them, common sense tells me that the risk must go up.
