Permanent Incall

I've had residential in calls all over. Some of them I've only worked in and some I lived in. Currently one of mine I semi live in and work out of. My other current one (where I mainly live) I've only seen about 15 Gents at (in like 7yrs), they are long term frequent regulars I really trust and sugar daddys.
Through the years I've found my fav residential Incalls are the ones that are in busy areas. I like blending in with college students or areas where Gents can blend in with office workers. Quiet residential I have found gets more attention from neighbors. I've never had issues from neighbors, but i did notice people pay attention to cars they didn't know. Where I am now I made sure the 2 women I rent to are very busy. The one above my main incall is partially deaf and never home during the day. I don't like to see Gents in my residential after 7 because I have to go to my business then and my neighbor/tenant is home from work then.
I just recommend really paying attention to an area and scouting it out before you rent or buy there.

There's a hook in Albany that works out of her house and has a playroom with chains on the walls for the guys into that stuff, she also has a massage table for catering to the rub and tug crowd, you'd do well to set up something like that.

I personally like when the gal has a permanent place. Some of my favorite memories took place at Hanna's playpen a few years back.... and who can forget the chair at Ericas.

Discreet parking is key. I prefer a business place like a massage biz. I've met some providers in my travels at a legit looking massage place until you get behind closed doors.

both are nice as fuck. still got the one in pittsburgh? nice place. hate it tho. work truck is too high for the attached parkin garage. parkin on the street and walkin a few blocks sucks in winter. sucks bein all cold pantin sweatin with a raggin hard on in an elevator with strangers.

I got rid of the one in Pittsburgh because I didn't have as much free time to go there as often as I used to. I loved that place though because ikea was so close and I'd pay college boys to put it all together in pizza and beer lmfao. Another bonus to living near a college is that college students DGAF and mind their own business.
