God damn, you dumb fucks do not read shit and understand little of what you do read.

Climate studies have been done.

What was going to be done was tougher building standards due to these studies.

I suppose you think that say hurricane straps for newer homes is a waste of money.

Do you think rebuilding a home that has flooded in three of the last five years because people are able to get xheap flood insurance from the government is a great idea?

Learn about a fucking subject before chiming in with your partisan hack

So something that will save the taxpayers in the long term is now a liberal cause? God damn....I'm not understanding the ignorance here. Should we repeal regulations that require hurricane straps on houses? I mean after all, it would save a buck or two on the price of a house.

.
If there has been no detectable effects of climate change on sea level, and the number and intensity of hurricanes in the gulf of Mexico has been diminished in the past 20 years, what sort of study is needed?

Quote:
The Obama-era rules, which had not yet gone into effect, would have required the federal government to take into account the risk of flooding and sea-level rise as a result of climate change when constructing new infrastructure and rebuilding after disasters.

Calling me a dumb fuck doesn't rebut that obvious fact that the study was a meant to be a partisan hack generating:

1) Income for global warming alarmist
2) Propaganda for the global warming movement
3) A rational for yet more federal control of local government issues(zoning).

I agree that the feds ought not subsidize homes and properties that have recurring flooding. This study had nothing to do with that.

Finally, even if you bought into the global warming facade, the local data(carribean) shows that the net effect, if there is any, HAS BEEN FEWER AND LESS SEVERE hurricanes. It is you, dumb fuck, that hasn't looked at the data. Turn your head from MSNBC, Mother Jones, the New York Times, and other leftist propaganda, and think for yourself.

I guess you wouldn't ever do that, since it would destroy your "purpose for living". Read anything about the Soviet Union, East Germany, or Erik Hoffer's "The nature of mass movements" You will recognize yourself in context. Your character is always perverse.

Someone who calls someone else a dumbfuck ought to not have shit flowing through his fingertips.

While some dumbass may believe(that is the word, it is a religion) in global "climate change"(no longer warming), he still has to take into account facts.

The facts are that the hurricane intensity and frequency in the Caribbean in the time frame that believers say "global climate change" has been intensifying has diminished. It would be idiotic to spend money on the presumption than "global climate change" is making flooding worse when all the data disputes that in the Caribbean. Particularly when serious amounts of money will be spent on actions that are antithetical to real observations.

If the want to study when/where/how to build infrastructure to handle current expectations, based on real data, of potential flooding due to hurricanes, and recommend actions based on that information, I am all for it.

HOWEVER, THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS PROPOSED. What was proposed was a study based on expectation of climate change induced seal level and hurricane activity THAT ARE NOT BASED ON REAL OBSERVATIONS.

At a minimum, the expectations of climate change induced effects on the hurricane and sea level in the Caribbean ARE DEMONSTRABLY WRONG. Assuming that the effects are real in the Caribbean would waste huge amounts of resources and opportunity that would be used to make all of our lives better if they weren't squandered.

Note the comparative effects of a far more energetic hurricane on Texas vs New Jersey and New Orleans. No system could be built to tolerate and Handle 50" of rain, yet Houston will be running and back in business next week. Imagine that.

Learn to read and make your own observations, dumbfuck. Stop watching Rachel Maddow. She will give you Trump derangement syndrome.

I can't stand watching Maddows any more than I can watching Hannity.

The Obama measure called for stricter building standards....of which 600 cities have already adopted.

You are talking about something you know nothing about. You are focused on climate change.
I've already pointed out in the article where they said the EO should have been called something else.

If your knowledge matched your bluster you'd be worth debating. But you're just a partisan hack

The study's purpose was to generate global warming propaganda. Dumbasses changing their story after this has been highlighted does not change that fact.

If you have ever talked to anyone about interactions with the Federal government after natural disasters, you would realize that risk management is a natural part of what the feds study. It is ongoing all the time in FEMA, the ACE, and the interior department.

It is interesting that you think the Feds ought to impose building standards on the state and local governments. Clearly, you didn't learn much in your civics class. What i the word you would use to describe yourself. Ah. Dumbfuck. I would use ignorant fascist thuggish demagogue.

Ah, you are another leftist/progressive who uses homosexuality as an insult. Again, a spot on representative of the typical leftwing fascist thug Democrat.

Just a couple of posts ago, you repeatedly called me a dumbfuck.

The difference between you and I is that I describe. You label.

My descriptions are based on your behavior. Your labels are based on your strawman arguments.

Trump is a lying asshole. I didn't, and wouldn't vote for him. Many of his policies, and most of his cabinet, are very effective. Some of his policies are unreasonable.

I voted for Obama, to my undying regret, when he ran against McCain because I thought he was a centrist, and it would help the US get over the idiocy. McCain was an asshole, likey to get us into a war. I was completely and utterly wrong. He turned out to be a left wing fascist race baiting thug. He would have been Chavez if the constitution would have let him.

What is your take on Obama, Hillary, Bernie, and George Soros, this generation's most prominent race baiting leftwing fascist thugs?

Your co-conspirators utter and undying hatred of the fundamental nature of the USA will end us. We got a reprieve in the last election, but that reprieve will not last long. When it ends, look to Venezuela for the type of society your ilk will create.
