Circumstances would need be studied and judgments evaluated and local laws applied

I once got pulled over in the middle of no where in North Dakota. I pulled over real quick too.
Cop must have had a bad day and I said to him "its OK officer it just speeding, its fine" then he realized he could have crossed the line and cooled down,and gave me a ticket per 'normal business' transaction.
