I know since we all are jaded cynics that this is kinda poo pood but I think it may have happened to me. We just seem to fit each others tastes and from what she said, on face value, she is interested to. I'm just not very good and readying social queues but I'm really hoping this is real, I really like this lady. I'm just don't know to take it on face value or not. Ladies, your thoughts?

With that being said romance is something that seems to have been lost in the hobby over the past few years. Even in my bp and Craigslist days my Incall was always full of fresh flowers. Guys would bring thoughtful gifts cards ect. At one point I shared an Incall with two other ladies and guys would always come and bring us all lunch coffee or other goodies just to be nice. They would read our showcase and bring our favorite drinks or perfume. Oh and sometimes they would even tip (shock face) Now days those guys would be called suckers and stupid on this board.

I really miss those days.

I still have a few good guys who haven’t lost the romance (y’all know who you are)

This is off-topic, but there are still a few of us left who don't mind "going the extra mile". Yes, we are a dying breed, but one thing I've learned after being in this hobby for more than 20 years is that providers actually do notice if you take the time to read and understand their showcase and/or ads - and some of the time it makes for a better session, for both parties.

Jules, one thing you said in your post REALLY caught my eye: "...They would read our showcase...". Personally, I don't think a lot of the narcissistic Fuck-Tards on here even know how to read anymore. They might be able to pronounce some of the words, but they don't know what the words mean.

Y'all can call me "sucker" and "stupid". Go right ahead. I don't give a damn. I do what I do because I believe its the right thing to do.

Back on topic, recognition that both the provider and the hobbyist are a fellow human beings who have feelings and desires can go a long way towards romance in the hobby. That being said, both experience and statistics show that the success rate of a romance inside the hobby (at least long-term) is still going to be extremely low, so to the OP: Use your brain, think logically as well as emotionally, and make good sound decisions. If you choose to take the risk, who are we to tell you no? It's your life.

And now that I've probably pissed everybody off, I'm going to go eat dinner.

I don't think we would be worried about being called sicker here. I think we have been trained to understand that the ladies interpret that as clingy and stalkerish behavior outside of a session.

Guys still bring extra goodies to sessions, don't they?
