how do you get punished by a mistrial??? that's a new one. I have never seen a lawyer get punished by a mistrial in any news reports. They move on to the next case on their docket or in other cases become future district attorneys!

certainly, there have been a lot of misdeeds by these lawyers at fed & state (more prevalent) whom you claim to casually follow this set of data analysis if the case can be "won".

If you believe there was any celebrating at the U.S. Attorney's Office after the mistrial, then you are delusional. And they were clearly not rejoicing during their "ass chewing" as their "violations" were being outlined to them in the courtroom in the presence of defendants and onlookers.
