			Breakfast
Bagelmania. Great locals spot. Zagat Rated
Hash House a Go Go

Lunch
Gordon Ramseys English Pub at C Palace. Good fish and chips. Great Pretzel.
Five50 Pizza Bar at Aria
Rollin Smoke BBQ. Yes, it isnt Texas BBQ but their strip location next to Pawn Stars has a good atmosphere and a bar overlooking the strip

Dinner
Jose Andres Steakhouse at SLS
Emerils Fishhouse at MGM

Edit to add. Pieros. Go to the original location by LVCC.

Be aware that LOS has moved. Old location is supposedly being renovated. Problems with the landlord not maintaining the roof let to leaks. New location is much smaller, so be sure to call ahead for a reservation.

Other good restaurants:

Bouchon (Venetian)
Chada Thai and Wine (run by LOS alum Bank Atcharawan)
Bardot Bistrot (Aria)
l’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (MGM)

Plenty of better restaurants in Vegas that are not in casinos and hotels and cost less.

Yes there are good places off the strip but you need to name them, many great places on the strip. Not sure about the cost less part.

Capo's out in "west" Vegas. DeNiro is a regular, among others. Middle priced, Italian. Like they make it seem like a mob place, red seats, knock on the window to get your reservation and seats, awesome cioppino if they have it. Take an uber.

3 stars out of 5. Not sure I would come to Vegas with all the choices and pick this one. You can always hit Thackerville if you really want the shit kicker experience.

The comment about the quality of food is relevant. Stop bringing your drama to this thread. If you want to recommend wolf chili and outback steakhouse as well go right ahead. Stop being shocked when people laugh that the choices are not that high quality. The OP mentioned of the the best restaurants not only in Vegas, but in the western US. A chain like Tobey Keith's is going to get ripped.
