Well, that is what happens when you tell someone in a volunteer position that they "need" to do something. You are mistaking your need for theirs. If you want help, it is far more effective to ask for it rather than tell someone that they need to do something for your benefit -- no matter how serious you deem the issue.

If I would’ve said just what you did, DD would go on a pointing rampage, and my current 24 points would turn into a ban......effective for sure.
