The Texas Education Code says early on as follows:
A thorough reading of the Education Code might disclose some qualifiers and/or language that restricts that rather broad phrase (to say the least), but on the surface ....
.. that would include someone in the jurisdiction or geographical boundaries ILLEGALLY.
And that's what i am disagreeing with. WHY SHOULD the kids of illegal aliens, "Shall have free education provided for them"?

I thought for a moment that the omission of "Illegal" was an oversight, but now I see it was not.
That imo is why for years, the left's been attempting to REMOVE the term "illegal alien" from common parlance, and replace it with "Undocumented immigrant" so as to

And with the # of times i've read a news article saying something to the effect of "Right after X local prison/court failed to honor an ICE detainer, and released Y illegal alien, that person went on to commit crime Z". How can a person tell what a large group position is when you won't look for yourself and you've already made up your mind?
