Yeah, if they had "their own" fat put in different story..

Nobody is doin implants anymore... fat transfer is the way to go. Get the fat from their inner thighs and love handles. leaves them with a toner stomach and they inject the fat in the thighs, hips and ass. Nothing fake just fat being moved.
