Most likely they were snitched off by other AMP owners.  It would be easy for a competitor to run in a loyal girl as a pseudo-employee for a night or two and have her gather cell phone pictures and other evidence of trafficking and then produce it to the Feds for later action.  Like say, in a few months. The girl would have to testify to a judge to get a warrant for a raid, but that would not be a problem.  Yeah, I could write up the logistical plan of operations in an afternoon.  
If there were cameras at a place like Passion, who installed them?  Use the principle of 
cui bono who benefits?
