Tom is in,, Bill is out
Tom Brady and Bill Belichick won many football games together. Brady is now with a new team. His team is in the NFL championship game. Belichick's team did not make the playoffs.
This proves once again coaches don't matter. Great players win games.

There are many other variables in play - you need both. The San Diego Chargers have talent, but an awful coach. Can't win. The Pats have a great coach but not as much talent as in the past. Can't win.

Another example, Phil Jackson had Michael Jordan and Kobie. Won many championships.
After that, he didn't do didly squat with other teams.
Only exceptions: Vince Lombardi and Coach K
