Mitch knows Trump can't win. Trump will be 78 years old. Fuc Mitch probably won't be around much longer either. But I think Mitch would love to see Trump tried in a court of law.

After Biden replaces the old SC Justice...there will not be any of those up for replacement for 10 years.

So the next President will inherit huge debt,a divided country and no SC Justices to appoint.
