They had the same lazy careless mistake in 2011 and were told then how to fix it .... and did not heed the advice.

Well they sure wouldn't want to be in Chicago. Chicago's winter temperatures make what you experience in Texas feel like spring. I grew up in Illinois an hour away from Chicago I've experienced -20 and that was every year. So just how cold did it get in Texas?

Near-zero w/ a windchill near -10. It sucked, but yeah, I've seen colder.

I was the only one on the block with a snow shovel. Spent the whole week digging people out and showing them how to thaw their pipes.
