Have you ever been to Hungary? I've been there 3 times and look forward to going back. Its a beautiful country with a unique culture, stunning architecture, a strong economy, wonderful people and low cost of living. Budapest is awesome. Beautiful city with amazing history and cheap as hell. High end luxury hotels for less than $120 per night. Incredible restaurants where a great dinner with drinks will cost about $30. Hobby scene is alive and well and legal. Hungarian providers are incredible and reasonably priced at around 200 euros an hour or less.

Yes the Europeans definitely know how to throw a good road race.
I saw several while stationed in Germany, it was always fun if not a bit dangerous. The cars were privately owned and driven by the owners like what we do in Shenley Park every year. We the spectators would line the roads with just hay bales between us and the cars!
The cars were spectacular!
And it was always an occasion for a local beer fest!
I realise that you will be in seats in a bleacher type ste up as all Grand Prix events are but I'm sure it a ball.
But standing that close as 2002s Jags and such went whipping by about 20 or so feet away that was pretty damn exciting if not crazy!
