thats what Russia under Stalin did to Fascist Germany during WWII on the scorched earth policy as the russians retreated to moscow.

What about when Winter hits in it’s most intense months.

If the Russians are cut off as indicated in the video, thousands of Russian Troops will simply freeze to death.
