They should be dispositioned within 48 hours. If you don't hear back within that timeframe, please check on its status.
Yours didn't end up in the moderating queue. I corrected that and just approved it. Thanks for sharing.

The encounter did not port over to the moderator queue so it was not seen. I corrected that and it was approved for PA
If you post an encounter and do not get a notification of approval or rejection within 48 hours please contact the moderation team or you can use the RTM function to notify us

I would contact the moderator. sometimes they can be slow due to the fact I believe they moderate a couple states.
