Rotasian question

If I use rotasians in my city, and there is any kind of bust. Since they'll have phone numbers and such. How concerned should I be. Unfortunately I use my own number from time to time. Sometimes Google voice.

Make a new google account solely for that purpose, use it for nothing else. Be anonymous as possible ie: don't put your name or DOB in your account name.

Honestly wouldn't be too concerned, it's usually a misdemeanor and seriously a number in contact list doesn't prove anything and isn't going to get LE the brownie points they're looking for. So pretty low chance and even lower of them doing something.

Worst case, rumors happen and your wife finds out. GV is the best. Delete SMS/calls, Delete app from your phone when not using, delete account if suspected of something.

If it's bad enough to get a warrant to search google, you probably have bigger issues than a misdemeanor.

Could you get a phone call from an officer fishing to get an admission you paid for sex, absolutely. But as long as you invoke your 5 amendment it would hard to prove anything other than you texted an escort agency known for prostitution. The mere texting an agency is not a crime, only exchanging $$ for sex, or making the offer to exchange $$ for sex. Even then, you woukd be given a citation, and a date to appear.

Community service and most likely the shame of your photo posted in the paper woukd be your punishment.
