Default Trump takes over Kennedy Center performing arts

The arts world was shocked when President Trump announced that he was taking over the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Within a week he had purged the Center's bipartisan board, fired long-serving board chairman David M. Rubenstein and Center president Deborah Rutter, and installed himself as its new board chairman.

Trump told reporters that he was doing all this because Kennedy Center shows were "terrible" and "a disgrace,"

Upon further questioning, he conceded he had never seen one.

Is this typical Trump......or what ?

Won't get the smell of stale PBR out of the place.

I want to see the new board come up with something that will <insert maggie derogatory term>this woke performance.

Great work by Trump and Co.

“People don’t realize that The Trump Kennedy Center suffered massive deficits for many years and, like everything else, I merely came in to save it and, if possible, make it far better than ever before!”
Latest...The new head of artistic programming at the Kennedy Center, Kevin Couch, has resigned after just weeks on the job.

News of Couch’s resignation came just one day after composer Philip Glass withdrew his newest work, Symphony No. 15 “Lincoln,” from the Kennedy Center.

More 'making it far better'...
Renowned opera singer Renée Fleming left her position as artistic adviser at large
Musician Ben Folds resigned as artistic adviser to the National Symphony Orchestra
Television writer and producer Shonda Rhimes also stepped down as the board’s treasurer shortly after Trump announced his takeover.

Wow.

A gauntlet of talent with range and depth letting the new management know what they think.

Why hasn't kid rock taken over this place yet?
