You're right, and I agree about being willing to spend more, but to some extent those berating guys are right, too. Most of the local providers are simply not worth more. So, giving them more is both wasteful and can ruin it for those guys who aren't so wasteful with their cash. On the other hand, spending more for, say, one of those visiting Brazilians FL40 was referencing makes incredible sense to me and doesn't seem wasteful at all.

I'd love to know how best to choose one of these visiting ladies.
