One boy is dead, one’s life is hanging in the balance.

No one can really say. Only that it is a terrible tragedy. 2 high school boys at a track event.


One ends up dead. One likely to be in prison.

Oddly enough, nothing being said about or from witnesses. Does he have a solid claim to self defense? If so, what did the other kid do to make him fear for his life? If not....then homicide. What kind...to be determined.
