Yes, everyone knows she did not win ANY swing states. The 226 electoral college votes that Harris and HRC won is key. Unless your last name is McGovern or Ferraro the democratic candidate is guaranteed to get the 226. The million-dollar question is can the democratic candidate get to 270 by winning any three of these five swing states (Michigan, Wisconsin, Penn, Nevada or Arizona).

Obama did it twice and Biden once over the last 50 years of presidential elections. As long as the press keeps talking about Harris, I don't think she is washed up. Make no mistake, I hope either the Gov of Penn or the Gov Maryland are at the top of the democratic ticket in the next presidential election. I don't think J.D. Vance or Marco Rubio will be that hard to beat. Trump has already said he IS NOT running for a third term.

It's not just graduating College, passing the second hardest BAR exam on the planet, requires some smarts. Ask any Lawyer that has passed a state BAR exam. As for public speaking, many believe that she beat Trump in the one debate that they had.

ask a lawyer what? how smart he thinks he is for passing a test? how smart are you for passing a test? There you go again with the Harris passed the California bar exam and this somehow makes her a freaking genius nonsense. It took her 2 tries to pass the bar exam. 80% of her fellow law school graduates passed this bar exam on their first try.

I bet you didn't know that Cameltoe got into law school under a program for students with an "educational disadvantage, economic hardship or disability". She somehow qualified for this program even though both her parents were tenured professors and were considered upper middle class.
