I know many post have been made asking about which ladies are Newbie Friendly and if Ladies are TRULY reference friendly at no EXTRA CHARGE for some men like variety in their lives.
If you would like to chime in, please do.

I myself UNFORTUNATELY am NOT NEWBIE FRIENDLY, and I do require a reputable provider reference before seeing someone new.
I am very much REFERENCE friendly at no extra cost and quick to respond to any reference requests that are needed.

My point and hope for this post is that some ladies will chime in and let you know if they are newbie friendly and TRULY reference friendly for I know some ladies have stated they are and gentlemen have gone to see them for that reason and they end up not being reference friendly. Just trying to help you gentlemen not have to waste your time or your $.

Jessica is correct, as the ladies are not indistinguishable and have different selection requirements and services. Assumptions lead to disappointment. The gentlemen should ask the aproporiate questions in addition to research and both parties beneefit.
