I think that means the files MUST be released now. If not Trump will be crippled for the rest of his term because the accusation is coming from someone that HE brought in... and not just some slug off the street either.

No, one of the last administration's biggest mistakes was respecting the office and former holders of it too much. That's why Garland was so slow to move, and why Trump's lawyers were able to run out the clock so all the evidence was never seen by juries. That's how we do trails here Salty, literally draw names to make their independent judgement, and both parties have the right to dismiss jurors they feel aren't objective.
