This thread has become ridiculous.
A court needs to determine whether he was involved in trafficking. Not a trial by the public over a YouTube video. All I really care about is that he does get due process. I don't give a fuck if they find him guilty and throw him out. But they need to do it right.
As for "telling you why"....AGAIN...it is because it is his right. The same for everyone. It's what the Constitution says.
Now... there is the argument by Trump that this is an "invasion" and he can suspend habeus corpus. THAT needs to be determined in court also, because history says he is quite likely getting that wrong. We will see.
