It's a good alternative to some other places if you want to change it up. Most speak good understandable fluent English. Everything is written in English and the girls and locals for the most part are very friendly and helpful. I've been to Boracay, Pampanga, Cebu City, Manila and Angeles City. I want to explore other islands in the Philippines as it has over 7,000 Islands literally.
