Disagree, we have seismic testing going on for Marcellus and Utica now on our property, about 33 acres, so, if they drill, we gonna get some monies.
Further, a driller told me they are finding far more oil than they expected in the Utica layers, as well as higher amounts of good gases, butane, etc.
Now that President Senility is gone, the game is back on.
