Salty, if you don't understand the economics behind why so many cities help pay for stadiums, perhaps you should read up on it to understand the economics behind why they do so to benefit their city. As Pb posted though, Trump isn't paying for shit. This money does not come from federal funding.
Yesterday, Trump threw his flunkies a bone to focus on Washington and Cleveland football team names and an AI generated video of Obama in jail. Today he goes even lower by releasing the MLK files that have been sealed since my parents were in high school for a reason. How low will this piece of shit go to divert the attention away from his self-created Epstein circus that never would have occurred if the old fat man baby just knew how to STFU about it while campaigning.

Obviously you don't understand how major US sports stadiums are funded. Period.
If you're wondering why those things belong in this thread, then why did you choose to repeat them?
This thread is about Trump threatening another private business to suit his ego. This time, he's threatening them using lands that belong to you and me, not just to him to do with as he pleases.
This behaviour is unacceptable for a sitting President of the United States.

Fast forward to July 20, 2025, 10:17 AM. Trump posted on Truth Social:
“The Washington ‘Whatever’s should IMMEDIATELY change their name back to the Washington Redskins Football Team. There is a big clamoring for this.”
Trump is a fucking moron! And his MAGA cultists don't have enough self-awareness to even be embarrassed for the stupidity and dishonesty coming from cheeto in chief.

The name Redskins and Indians honors Native Americans, not berates them.. If you think This is about money, land, or Trump’s ego, you are delusional.
