Never been to Lakeway so I have no idea what goes on there. But my hobby senses are tingling.

I think there's too much competition! In the last 4 weeks, 2 new legit AMPs opened on the main road in my area. They had the "Now Open" temporary signs on the curb islands. Last month I stumbled on a couple more that I didn't even know existed. One was on the far end of my dentist's office.

Non Amp providers jacking up prices is giving businesses to AMPs. No surprise they are booming. Competition is good for us but I hope non Amp providers realize this.
