the supreme court has never said that. ever, even about Lord Donald. don't bother claiming recent limited immunity rulings by the court is some license to crime for Trump. presidential immunity goes back way farther than Trump and never did give blanket criminal immunity to any president


Columbia was found to have committed discrimination against Jewish students and as a recipient of Federal funds they can get those funds cut off and clearly Columbia thought they had no valid defense which is important to note. so they settled.
