So, that means you have, by default, given up any such pay and pensions because you are as you have described, thanks to Lucas for showing the proof of how you describe yourself.

Anyway, I am no lawyer so I am not aware of how they can handle this in the courts fairly until after 2028. Considering how Trump controls the highest court, not really sure what recourse they realistically have now.

But you have no problem getting another injection. Sorta how you describe it as possibly "Serving on the pedo butt pirate ship."
You didn't have to throw far in that little tiny glass house of yours.
The internet. They say once you post it, you can't take it back.

PB, are you saying military people have mental problems? That is the way I read it but since you're slandering every veteran by claiming a medical opinion. Are you a doctor? Moderator take note.

First of all comparing the people who skipped the covid vaccine to transgender soldiers are not the same thing at all.
Those soldiers who left the service rather than take a vaccine were given the choice. You can’t say the same thing about transgender military. They were not given a choice at all.
Secondly those that left were given the option to reenlist but most refused.
— Of the 1,903 Army soldiers discharged, 73 returned.
— Of the 1,878 sailors discharged, two returned.
— Of the 671 airmen discharged, 13 returned.

Do a search of this thread for the first person to describe that term. I put easy helpful links to quote that person. You can direct that question to him. I'm just quoting their words.

And if they had not left "voluntarily" what have happened? A court martial and a bad conduct discharge. There was nothing voluntary about it.
As for the reenlistment options; I'm not surprised that many moved on. Given their background they would have gotten supervisory positions in a short time. They lost trust in the service when a senile President stood by and let someone make this regulation. Sailors have better job skills than someone who shoots guns for a living.

Military service members are required to take vaccinations as part of their duties and have been for centuries.
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9376337/
As General Arnold watched his troops continue to fall to the scourge of smallpox, he pushed for this risky measure and ordered that troops be able to perform inoculations in May of 1776.
But transgender troops are only being targeted only because of political considerations. To say otherwise when they have been serving openly for years now is a strictly biased decision.

As the gun grabbers like to say, this isn't 1776 anymore. Some vaccines have a long track record of success and the side effects are known. Of the three active vaccines, all have still unknown side effects, limited efficiency, and no track record. And to copy you, forcing the vaccine on someone was a purely political decision. The mortality rate was low, very low for healthy young people. This isn't about that though, you're trying to deflect right?
The vaccine was about mortality and readiness since you brought it up. So, how effective for the service is.someone who needs daily care in the form of hormones? How about someone who can avoid arduous duty by a declaration of transgenderism. Corporal Klinger would have loved that. Spend all that time and money to make someone a soldier in peace time and then they flake when called upon to use those skills.
Your arguments are defective and do not represent the main stream and never did. Tell us about your service.

This entire argument is nothing more than a diversion from the real issue. These members being removed from service are able and willing to serve. The administration doesn’t want them because they are homophobic anti trans douche bags. Then when they remove these people who have done nothing wrong they refuse to pay their retirement and health benefits to boot.
And my service, which you should not be asking about according to the rules of this board, has nothing to do with the argument I’m making.

The exact same argument was made by Service members separated because they refused the unlawful order to take an experimental drug.
I don't recall you protesting then... perhaps I'm wrong and you will disprove me?

Another ad hominem attack. That's your logic? "I can't defend against logic so I'm going to claim that the people who made this decision hate gay people, hate trans people and are douche bags." None of that is true and you should know better.
Our favorite trans Blair White points out that gay has little to do with trans. In fact, here this ban does not remove gay people. You're lying to this community. How many conservative, gay activists are on YouTube or working for Fox. Hell, working for Trump in the administration. You owe this community an apology for lying.

First of all those shots were not experimental. They were approved by the FDA. Billions of people have taken them without any adverse reactions. Second the order was absolutely lawful and separation from the service was the best that they could hope for.
Again this is a straw argument that has nothing to do with the OP.

There's nothing in your link that supports that.
And do you really believe they're crazy dudes? You're better than that McCain. Depending on your beliefs, they may have strayed, but they're still our brothers, or sisters depending on your point of view.
I don't know where I stand on this. If they had 20 years service they definitely deserve their pensions. If they leave earlier, of their own volition or because they're forced out, I'm not sure. I'd lean towards thinking they ought to get early retirement benefits if that's what the standard procedure is for those honorably discharged.

Show me the ten years of research. I'm surprised actually. Since he t was Trump that authorized Operation Warp speed, why didn't you blame him? Then again it was a Biden handler who made it mandatory, shut down churches, schools, and businesses, and decided to punish people for exercising free will and common sense. They crossed the legal line when they pushed the narrative on how dangerous the virus was for regular, healthy people.

Please stick with the topic. I’m not going to debate the efficacy of the covid vaccine yet again. It’s strictly off topic.
Let me repeat myself here.
These members being removed from service are able and willing to serve. The administration doesn’t want them because they are homophobic anti trans douche bags. Then when they remove these people who have done nothing wrong they refuse to pay their retirement and health benefits to boot.
