You don’t think that the people running the DOJ and the NSC aren’t being pressured into doing this. People get fired and ostracized in the MAGA crowd if they don’t do as El Schitzenpants wants them to.

And the documents you refer to are of an unknown provenance. They have the legal right to open an investigation but it’s clear to many people in the country that the motivation is nothing more than revenge.

As for Salty's demonstrative of WINNING and WON.......Trump has already called the people subpoenaed "GUILTY" of treason. How is that for winning......the investigation is just opened.....no grand jury.....nothing said about a jury trial.

By the way the Russian dossier was not peddled as fact. It arrived ar a late stage in the preparation of the 2017 report. Two agencies were involved. One wanted it included in the report, the other did not.

They compromised by including it in the report but "unverified".

For the sake of clarity then: My remarks in post #21 are dead serious.

I am convinced that the Trump administration's DOJ will eventually prove cases of m mortgage fraud against at least two celebrity Democrats. It can be argued that financial wrong doing is not rise to the level of "crime against the State", but one of the actors seems to have declared his primary residence to be outside the state he represents . . .which seems more serious than just citing on a loan to me.

There will probably be other legal actions that will move forward as well. The Russia-gate fraud is, in my opinion, a more serious issue. Former President Obama may be in the clear with presidential immunity, but others may not be able to dodge the DOJ.

I feel that these issues and others are more likely to be founded on evidence that is more genuine and founded in fact than anything brought forward in either of the impeachment proceedings against President Trump . . .or the other court actions brought against him.
