Like weapons, I don't think the media knows their sandwiches from a hole in the ground. Subway doesn't wrap their sandwiches in a plain brown wrapper and it was kind of large. Probably a concealed dildo for a WNBA game.

It is my belief that having arrested the sandwich assaulter, others will think twice about throwing something else that could inflict injury on an officer of the law.

The problem is not with the arrest it’s with classifying it as a felony. Just a bit of over charging in my opinion.
