Never gonna happen because everyone involved knows what the outcome will be.

If you're pro-appeasement just say it. No need to try to make it personal. I can do that myself by citing that appeasement would be akin to spitting on the graves of those that fought and died in protection of their country and those hit by Russian air attacks, including my friends and colleagues.

You’re under the false impression that I give a fuck, you’re sadly mistaken. If Russia and Ukraine want to duke it out that’s their choice and none of our business. Our politicians chewed up and spit out the entire region, now thousands of Russians and Ukrainians are paying the price.

You gave enough of a fuck to blame me for it because I'm not for appeasing a dictator. That's your prerogative. Just don't pretend you don't care because you've spent a lot of time posting about it with me over the years.

"Our politicians" didn't, but trump did.
He refuses to abide by the Budapest Memorandum of 1994. Like the traitor that he is.
Just one more American promise Dear Leader failed to deliver on.

If the men of this great coutries past thought like you they would be speaking German across Europe. Some things are worth it!

Trump’s is the only administration in the three decades who hasn’t, your total lack of historical perspective notwithstanding.

At least you admit he's a traitor. I'd call that progress.

So ~not~ enriching your family and friends, like McCain, Clinton, The Big Guy and crew is traitorous. Good to know.

And my opinion has been consistent since day 1. Eastern Europe isn’t our problem and we shouldn’t be involved in their conflicts or meddling in their politics, like we have been since Clinton and Bush 1.0. We’ve got plenty of home grown issues to contend with.

How about russia gives Ukraine back all the land that it took, going all the way back with Crimea.
After all, they illegally took it. They shouldn't get to keep it.

How about stop the war in Ukraine and worry about redrawing property lines later.
I heard last night, they believe about one million or more have died on both sides, and you realize, thats about twice as many people who died for our country during WW2, and already more than died in the US Civil war.
The two most deadly wars in our countris history, and you don't see the need to end the fighting sooner rather than later?
Or, does it bother you more that Trump is going to get a Nobel Peace Prize for ending it, and you just want to see it continue?

You mean like the meddling that Trump is doing? One thing we can possibly agree on is for us to stay the F out of it and let Europe handle what’s going on in their backyard.

So, you think trump ~isn't~ enriching his family and friends, as well as himself? Wow. Lol. He's selling MAGA merch inside the White House, for fuck's sake. And that's just one, tiny example.
Give Ukraine back every inch of territory Putin has illegally stolen, try Putin for war crimes in the Hague, hold new elections in Russia for his replacement. That's the only "peace deal" worth accepting.

First job I had out of the service was maintenance on heavy lifters taking gear to oil rigs in the Black Sea, base of operations was Sevastopol. Got to know quite a few locals, including the couple we were renting a basement apartment from. They were Russian through and through, the guy a former Soviet submariner. I can guarantee you that a great majority, if not all, of the people in the region do not want what you’re suggesting here.
