... Too right that City people own lots of guns.
And they do the crime.
... Clever of you to put that fact together...

That's why Trump wants to put a stop to the violence.

Lol. It's hilarious that you actually believe anything you type out in this forum. Oh, and could you please fit a few more buzzwords in next time? I haven't seen "ANTIFA" in a while, so thanks for that little stroll down Memory Lane

Tough to deny that coddling criminals leads to more crime.

You're basically arguing that mayors have more power than governors. Because there are a lot of red states on that list.

Absolutely. Mayors, not governors, are responsible for policing and public safety in the cities they govern.

Governors are ultimately responsible for what happens in their state, but nice try.

You’re simply wrong. Governors are in charge of state police, they have no authority over day to day law enforcement in cities. They can have an impact through budgetary measures, but generally (depending on the state) there needs to be a declared emergency for state governments to wrest control of local police. Local governments, aka the mayor and his/her appointees, are who’s responsible for policing the type of crimes used to calculate the crime rates used in the previously posted statistics.

Yes your right, and trump should stay his ass out of local policing politics too!

This right here is the entire point of the thread.

I don’t necessarily disagree with this. Maybe the governor SHOULD declare a state of emergency, but he’s beyond weak on crime. Unfortunately the choices have become either federal intervention, if they can find a way to legally do so, or let our cities become more of a bunch of shitholes than they already are. Ideally local officials would actually take measures to clean up their own mess, but they seem unwilling and/or unable to do so.

You mean like the National Guard can only be brought in to a state at the GOVERNORS request. Yep, you'd be right. All these other deployments are not only illegal, but false flags of emergencies.

Everyone with a half a brain knows it. Seems wearing a RedHat to long will kill those cells off quick

The Tin-Foil elite who are hypocrites here know the Governor has 100% say so of what happens in their state. Including asking for aid, assistance, nation guards or FEMA. The FOX viewers here just don't know the truth from a hole in the ground......the same place their common sense fell into by voting RED.

They'll argue ANYTHING if Dear Leader tells them to. Governors obviously have more power than any Mayor of any city does. This isn't debatable, but here we are. Apparently, it is "debatable" in the mega world of alternative facts.

You guys do realize that 10x as many counties in the country shifted red than blue and new registrations are phenomenal, in important places like PA and Arizona too. That’s a BIG chunk of cheese you’re biting into, might wanna join team sanity at some point instead of going down with the ship.

And you realize how trump's approval ratings have done nothing but plummet since taking office? He's not doing ANYTHING he promised. He's actively working to prevent one of his promises (the big one) from being fulfilled.

His economy is shit. He's illegally "ruling by decree". He hasn't done anything to lower prices. He just gave Putin another hand job in front of the world. He thinks he can send American troops in to invade... America.

Good luck with those midterms, lol.
